Independent political, institutional and implementation
analysis of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Where politics meets implementation

LFP applies its peacebuilding work to defined institutional questions where political commitments, governance arrangements, financing and implementation intersect, with particular expertise in how EU political, legal and economic machinery shapes decisions affecting the conflict.

Many decisions affecting the conflict are shaped across systems that no single institution fully controls. LFP’s commissioned work is designed for that gap.

Independent by design. LFP sits outside the donor, government and implementation mechanisms it may assess, and its analysis follows the evidence and the commissioned question.

Focused Political & Institutional Assessment

LFP undertakes focused assignments around one defined question within its substantive coverage, including questions concerning implementation barriers, institutional dependencies, governance arrangements, financing architecture and the implications of EU political, legal and institutional decisions.

Current coverage spans EU, Israeli and Palestinian institutions, donor and financing architecture, and the mechanisms through which political commitments are implemented.

One question.
Multiple systems.

LFP looks beyond individual institutions to assess how political decisions interact with the systems surrounding a defined decision.

EU policy & institutions
Palestinian governance & institutions
Donor & financing architecture
Israeli policy & institutions
Implementation mechanisms

Political decisions, constraints and sequencing cut across each system.

Where this work fits

This work is relevant where decisions on policy, funding, investment, strategic positioning or implementation depend on political and institutional dynamics outside an organisation’s own remit.

LFP works selectively with public, diplomatic, research, donor, financial and private-sector organisations where the question falls within its expertise and peacebuilding mission.

Discuss a commissioned question

If your organisation is considering a defined political, institutional, governance, financing or implementation question within LFP’s areas of expertise, we welcome the opportunity to assess whether there is a suitable basis for engagement.
